Who We Are

 Mary Hughes started taking pictures in elementary school with a Brownie 620 camera that once had belonged to her Mom.  While attending Prout Memorial High School, she learned the fine points of darkroom technology and eventually maintained a full darkroom in a closet on the second floor of her house.  Over thirty years later, photography has changed immensely, but Mary's commitment to perfection has not.  As a complement to her long-standing involvement with events of a local flavor, Mary's international experience shooting Olympic figure skating offers every client a unique view of the world.
